PLATFORM SECTIONS · 2026 EDITION

Configure once — your team runs the process. You stay in control

30+ working pages. 4 integrated sections. Zero implementation. BSHelper is a ready workspace for services, trade and manufacturing: the owner launches it in an evening, delegates sections to department leads, and the team runs the process. Below is the manufacturing scenario — each scenario opens its own set of sections.

I. What sets it apart

Not an Excel clone. Not “yet another CRM”

Four features that change how owners run production. These are the things you usually don't get from small ERPs — and you'll have them in the first week.

Stage workload heatmap

See bottlenecks across the shop on one screen: where the queue is overloaded, where teams are idle. Rebalance with a click — no more morning standups.

Stock with 4 states

Not just one number. Free, reserved against orders, in transit, blocked — the full picture of your material in real time.

Self-service launch

Sign up → company parameters → admins. No calls, no configs, no implementers. Everything in your normal browser.

Fine-grained roles & delegation

Access to a whole section or to a single module. Section admins manage their own teams. Each person sees only their own.

II. System structure

Four sections. One data flow

Each section is a separate area of responsibility with its own admin. But the data lives in one stream — an action in one section is automatically reflected in the others.

№01Heart of the system

Production

Orders → tech map → stages → finished goods

A client order is broken down into stages from the tech map, each stage assigned to a specific worker. The heatmap shows the bottlenecks; the gantt shows the load for the week. Progress is calculated weighted by actual labor — not “3 of 5 stages closed”.

  • Orders tied to clients and contracts
  • Tech maps with materials and stages
  • Production pipeline (drag-and-drop editor)
  • Stage and worker workload heatmaps
  • Gantt calendar of orders for the week / month
  • Weighted progress by actual labor

№02Live stock, real numbers

Warehouse

Receiving → stock → reservation → issuance → inventory

Live stock with all states: free, reserved, in-transit, blocked. Address-based warehouse with bins, lots, serials, and expiry. Operating profile lets you tune the warehouse mode — aggregates only, with addressing, or with full cost tracking.

  • Live stock (4 states: free / reserved / in-transit / blocked)
  • Receiving and issuance of materials
  • Reservations against specific orders
  • Address-based warehouse: bins, lots, serials, expiry
  • Inventory counts with evidence package
  • Operating profile + accounting policy
  • Document profiles for receiving and issuance
  • Transfers between warehouses

№03Fine-grained access control

Workers

Profiles → stages → permissions → delegation

Worker cards, positions, assignment to production stages. Fine-grained permission matrix: section or single module. A section admin can add their own people and configure their permissions. Email invites are sent automatically.

Counterparties

Clients → contracts → orders → documents

Client and supplier cards, contracts tied to orders, full interaction history. Every document is in context: whose, for which order, current status. Nothing gets lost in folders and inboxes.

Context: garment manufacturing. Each section is the real product UI, a step-by-step shop-floor scenario, and the list of pages the section is built from.

Shop-floor scenario

Order #1042 · 50 evening dresses “Vera”

  1. Sales creates the order “Vera Dress × 50” for client “Atelier Bella” — the system attaches the contract and payment terms.
  2. The tech map decomposes the order into stages: Cutting → Sewing → Embroidery → Steaming → QC → Packaging. Materials are reserved from stock.
  3. Shop foreman assigns brigades: Cutting → Section 1, Sewing → Brigade 3, Embroidery → subcontractor “Embroidery PRO”.
  4. Stage heatmap flags Brigade 3 as overloaded on Tuesday — you rebalance part of the work to Brigade 4 with one click.
  5. A seamstress closes “Sewing for #1042” from a shop-floor phone → progress recalculates to 38% (weighted by labor, not by stage count).

III. Integration

One flow instead of four disconnected systems

Data isn't duplicated between modules. Here are the four transitions that happen by themselves — without manual work from managers.

CounterpartiesProduction

Sales creates an order for a client from the counterparty card — the system attaches the contract and payment terms automatically.

ProductionWarehouse

An order opens its tech map → the warehouse reserves the required materials → the foreman sees what's ready to start.

WorkersProduction

Production stages are assigned to specific workers. A foreman sees only their queue, a manager — the entire shop picture.

WarehouseCounterparties

Issuance of finished goods closes the order, generates the delivery note, and lands in the client's history — all in one move.

IV. Before and after

What changes for the leader
